Users may authenticate using password-based login or One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent via SMS or WhatsApp. Passwords are stored in encrypted or hashed form. OTPs are time-bound and used solely for verification purposes.

Payments for services and subscriptions on Counselling Support are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.

We do not store or process any debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking information on our servers. All payment-related data is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with their privacy and security policies.
