All services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If the user is a minor, access and payments must be made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All payments on Counselling Support are processed through secure and authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
By initiating a payment, you authorize Counselling Support to receive the payment and authorize the payment gateway and issuing bank to process the transaction.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, network issues, or third-party service providers.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures such as encrypted connections, secure servers, and access controls.
Payment-related information is handled exclusively by authorized payment gateways.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
